  • 2 C elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Prepare macaroni according to box directions. Drain pasta and set aside when finished.

Warm up 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet on high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Cook onions and add salt, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the macaroni. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
