  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 box lemon pudding
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 deep pie shell
  • 2 C.; 1/4 C. water
  • 1/2 C. Sugar

1) In a large bowl beat the egg yolks. Add 1/4 cup of water, sugar, pudding mix and the pie filling, whisking together well. Add remaining water and mix.
2) Microwave the mixture on high heat for 3 minutes. Mix well and microwave for another 3-4 minutes. Whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
3) Spread mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate and serve.
