Ingredients

  • 2 C. mixed salad greens
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 3 thin slices cucumber
  • 1 oz. turkey breast, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 oz. skim milk Swiss cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 Tbs. fat-free dressing

Directions

In covered container, top mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, radish, cucumber slices, turkey breast and Swiss cheese. Cover tightly. Pack a separate small container with the dressing. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad.
