  • 2 (7 oz.) brown rice noodles
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lb. skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 4 red chili peppers
  • 1/3 C. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbs. water
  • ¼ C. red cabbage, shredded

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, black pepper, red pepper flakes and water.

Boil a large pot of boiling water. Once at a roaring boil, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef cook for about 3-4 minutes per side. Stir in vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Mix in noodles and soy sauce mixture for about 2-3 minutes or until well combined. Garnish with cabbage.
