  • 1 cup of finely crushed chocolate wafers [you can use a premade chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips, melted
  • Package(s) of cream cheese (16 oz.), softened at room temperature
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Toppings of choice (optional): chocolate shavings, mini marshmallows, chocolate sandwich cookies, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar and butter until it becomes a hard dough-like mixture. Spread this on the bottom and sides of a greased cake pan.
In a larger bowl, combine melted chocolate, softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly and pour into the cake pan lined with cookie crust.
Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool completely, then place in the fridge for at least an hour.
Decorate with more sweetness, then slice and serve!
