Copycat Auntie Anne’s Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 8 oz. margarine, melted
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix water and yeast, stir until yeast is dissolved. Let yeast rise for about 40 minutes. Mix water and baking powder, stir thoroughly. When yeast has risen, break off pieces of dough and begin shaping them into a pretzel shape. Dip into baking powder mixture. Place pretzels on a baking sheet and toss in oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown. While pretzels are baking, place melted margarine and cinnamon in separate bowls. Remove pretzels oven and dip into margarine and then the cinnamon. Serve.
