  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tsp. cajun seasoning
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. linguine, cooked and drained

In a large bowl, combine chicken with cajun seasoning and toss to coat. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for seven minutes. Reduce heat and add cream.
