  • 2 Tbs. romano cheess
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. water

  1. Whisk together the egg and water.

  2. Pound out the chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Season the flour with salt and pepper and coat the chicken lightly.

  4. Dip the chicken in the egg and cover with romano.

  5. Place in a frying pan over medium high heat with a little oil.

  6. Cook until golden brown.
