  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package dried rice noodles
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, shredded
  • 3 red onions, chopped
  • 3 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
