The frosting is our favorite part of the Cinnabon cinnamon buns. If you don't live near a store or don't feel like leaving your house, go ahead and make it from things you probably already have on hand!

  • 1 lb. margarine, softened
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lbs. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat cream cheese and margarine together in a bowl with a mixer. Gradually add in the powdered sugar. Once all of the sugar has been added continue mixing for another 15 minutes. After mixing, gently fold in the lemon juice and the vanilla.
