  • London broil, 2 lbs
  • Fresh minced parsley, 1/2 cup
  • Crushed and dried rosemary, 1 tsp
  • Dry red wine, 2 cups
  • Portobello mushrooms, sliced, 1 lb
  • Beef broth, 2 cups
  • Minced shallots, 2 tbsp
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Diced tomatoes, 1 cup

Marinate the beef for one hour in a refrigerator. Afterwards, remove the steak from marinade and let it cool at room temperature for some moment.
