  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground
  • 2 (5 oz.) packages refrigerated Yaki-Soba
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 C. cabbage, shredded

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside. In a large pot, boil water and add Yaki-Soba. Loosen for about 1-2 minutes and drain. Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender for about 3 minutes. Place cabbage and heat for 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add soy sauce mixture to Yaki-Soba and mix well before serving.
