  • 2 C. fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted

Heat your oven at 325 degrees. Place cranberries on bottom of greased pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Gradually add flour and butter. Mix well. Then pour batter over cranberries. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and immediately turn over on plate. Feel free to top with whipped cream when cool.
