  • 2 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. penne, cooked and drained
  • Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

First, boil water, cook pasta for about 10 minutes and drain. Cut florets and parts of broccoli stems into bite-size pieces. In a large mixing bowl combine the broccoli, celery, soup, pepper, cayenne.  Stir well.  Then add in the noodles.  Spread evenly in a casserole dish.  Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
