  • 4 C. chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • ½ head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. flour
  • ½ C. milk
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a large pot, add broth, cauliflower, and broccoli; bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 15 minutes until broccoli and cauliflower are tender. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk together flour and milk; add to soup, stir well, and cook as mixture thickens. Blend batches until smooth, stir in cheese, and serve!
