  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 lb. pasta, uncooked
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet peas
  • 2 C. shredded chicken
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 C. Grated Parmesan cheese

In a Dutch oven, heat the evaporated milk, 4 C. hot water, and the pasta to boiling. Reduce the heat and cook or 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave the peas according to package directions. Drain peas. Stir in the chicken and Alfredo sauce. Cook 3 more minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in peas and cheese.
