Chunks of smoked salmon and strips of fettuccine have been mixed together and smothered in a rich, homemade sauce. If you'd like to add a bit more decadence to this dish, sprinkle it with grated parmesan.

  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1 1/2 C. Fat Free Half-and-Half
  • 8 oz. Smoked Salmon, diced
  • 1/4 C. Gala Apples, cored and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
  • 1 12 oz. package Fettuccine Noodles, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add fat free half-and-half and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens. Stir in smoked salmon, apples, salt, pepper and dill. Remove from heat. Add noodles to skillet. Toss noodles and sauce together over low heat until noodles are fully coated and sauce is creamy.
