  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3-4 C. rotini, cooked and drained
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • ½ package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ C. Italian dressing
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ¼ C. basil, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

In a large skillet, heat Italian dressing, sauté onions, and cook chicken through. In a blender or food processor, combine tomato sauce and cream cheese. In a baking dish, mix together sauce, pasta, chicken, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and basil. Top with Parmesan and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through and cheese is golden brown.
