  • 12-15 spears of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup of flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare three bowls: a first bowl of flour, a second bowl of beaten eggs, then a third bowl of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese mixed together.
Have your pan ready by coating it with a layer of nonstick cooking spray.
Coat an asparagus spear with flour, then dip it in the egg mixture. Cover the wet asparagus with contents of the third bowl (breadcrumbs and Parmesan), then place this final product onto your pan. Repeat for the remaining spears.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. Serve ASAP!
