  • 1 can of chickpeas (16 oz.), drained
  • 1 cup of onion, chopped
  • ΒΌ cup of parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all the ingredients (add a dash of salt and pepper) in a food processor and process until smooth. Take about two tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small patties; place them a sheet pan greased with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven to flip the patties. Bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool, then nom away!
