This homemade fried baked fish recipe is delicious. This fish recipe coats fish with a crispy breading and Parmesan cheese to give it just enough crunch. Serve this dish with fries on the side.

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup special k cereal, finely ground
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • French Fries, cooked
  • Tarter Sauce

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse the fish and pat dry.
In a shallow bowl, place the egg substitute.
In a different shallow bowl, mix the crumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Dip fish in egg substitute and into crumbs, making sure to coat both sides.
Place fish on baking sheet and spray with oil.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve with french fries and tarter sauce.
