  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 ½ C. breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • ¼ C. Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • ½ stick butter, melted
