  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut onion into rings and mix with the flour.
Grab a bowl and beat one egg. Place the onions in the egg mixture.
Take another bowl and mix the breadcrumbs with a little pepper for flavor.
Place the onions into the bread crumb mixture. Coat on both sides gently so the bread crumbs will stick.
Grease a cookie sheet and place the onions on it.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
