This two-for-one recipe is a sure fire way to ensure your chicken will be juicy, flavorful and a little bit crispy. The herb gravy is not only great on top of this chicken, but on mash potatoes too!

  • 5 chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 5 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon of sage
  • 2 teaspoon of thyme
  • 2 teaspoon of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the chicken:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Then, season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for ten minutes on each side, or until a crispy crust has formed. To serve, top with gravy and add a side of rice and vegetables.

For the gravy:
Melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in the flour for four minutes. Continue to whisk vigorously while slowly pouring chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce heat and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Finally, stir in heavy cream, sage, thyme, and rosemary and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
