  • 4 lb. pork roast
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 C. ginger beer
  • 18 oz. barbecue sauce

Place 1 onion in the bottom of the crockpot. Place the meat on top and cover with remaining onion. Pour the ginger beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours. Shred the meat and stir in BBQ sauce. Cook an additional 4 hours on low.
