This crock pot crab meat is placed on a toasted French loaf. This crab sandwich is to die for with the delicious toasted bread and veggies.

  • Crab:
  • 2 6-oz. can white crabmeat, drained
  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. butter, sliced
  • 4 Tbs. white cooking wine
  • Sandwich:
  • 1-3 small French loaves
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced

Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, butter, and wine in a small slow-cooker sprayed with vegetable oil. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour and gently stir to combine all ingredients.  Serve on a French loaf with fresh onion, red pepper and green pepper.
