  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat. cubed and browned
  • 4 large Yukon Potatoes, sliced or cubed
  • 4 large carrots, sliced
  • 3 cucumbers, cut in half and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 can of peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
