  • 2 Pounds of Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup of Barbecue Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Cup of Chicken Broth
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Teaspoons of Chili Powder
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 2 Slices of Swiss Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Red Cabbage
  • 4 Leaves of Lettuce
  • 1 Sliced Pickle

To begin, coat the bottom of your crockpot with the vegetable oil and place the pork inside. Then, pour in the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, and worcestershire sauce over the meat. Mix in the onion, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic, and thyme and then cover it and cook it on high for around 4-5 hours. If you can shred the meat off with a fork, then it’s done!

Fry your eggs and then stack pickles, red cabbage, lettuce, and swiss cheese beneath the pulled pork on the hamburger buns. Top with eggs and the top bun and serve warm!
