Begin by greasing your crockpot and combining the chicken breasts, broth, lemon juice, garlic powder, and 1 cup of caesar salad dressing in the crockpot. Cover, then cook on high heat for about 3 hours.

After the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the crockpot and drain the excess liquid. Shred the chicken, then place it back in the crockpot with the remaining dressing, grated cheese, salt, pepper, basil, and onion powder. Cook the mixture for 30 more minutes so that everything is warmed.

To build your sandwich, cut the rolls in half and layer lettuce, tomatoes, and scoops of the chicken mixture on each. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
