This white pizza will be a great appetizer for any get together. Loaded with white sauce, chicken, mushrooms, and onion.

  • 1/2 C. part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 C. preshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 1-lb. Italian cheese-flavored flatbread pizza crust (such as Boboli)
  • 1 C. thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2/3 C mushrooms
  • 1/2 C. onion, 1 inch slices
  • 1/2-1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 C. balsamic
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Place the pizza crust onto a aluminum foil wrap. Combine all the cheese into a medium bowl. Spread cheese mixture over flat bread pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Evenly sprinkle the rest of the dry ingredients (including the chicken and veggies).  Then drizzle the balsamic on top of the entire pizza. Gently lower the pizza into the crockpot so that the aluminum foil rest under the pizza.  Cook pizza in the crockpot on high for about 4-5 hours, or until the cheese begins to bubble.
