  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ bar of dark chocolate, chopped
  • sweetened coconut flakes

Cut the ripe banana in half. Thinly slice half one half and set aside.
In a blender, blend the other half of the banana that is not sliced, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into a bowl and set banana slices, chia seeds and coconut slices on top. Sprinkle with the chopped dark chocolate. Enjoy!
