If you love the flavor of a deli-styled sandwich but don't feel like trekking out to your local sandwich shop, here's a quick recipe you can make at home!

  • 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbs. oregano
  • 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lg. hoagie roll
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices capicola
  • 4 slices salami
  • 2 slices provolone
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced thin
  • 1/2 C. Romaine, shredded

Slice the roll 3/4 of the way through. Add the vinegar, oregano, and olive oil to a small bowl and mix until combined. 

Liberally drizzle half of the vinegar mixture on the bread. Reserve the other half for dipping. Layer on the other ingredients and serve with a deli pickle on the side.
