  • 1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 5/6 C. granulated sugar, divided
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 C. low-fat milk
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • 2 C. fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Take out a bowl and mix together the flour, 1/2 C. sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir until evenly blended. Add in the milk and butter and stir to mix together. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish and transfer the batter inside of it. Evenly sprinkle the blueberries on top of the cobbler batter. Top with remaining sugar and vanilla. Bake the cobbler in your preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve.
