  • 3 chicken breasts, frozen
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 10 ounces frozen corn
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • diced tomatoes

Place chicken breasts on grill for about 2 minutes. Take out slow cooker and sprinkle taco seasoning and garlic. Add kidney beans, corn and top with salsa. Cover. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Take chicken out 15 minutes before serving, slice into big chunks and shred with two forks. Place chicken back in slow cooker and stir all of the ingredients together. Cover and reheat shortly before serving. Serve on flour tortillas and top with ingredients such as diced tomatoes.
