  • 4, 3 oz. boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. Canola or olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cored
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce-

Take a wide skillet and preheat to medium-high with some canola oil. Add garlic and chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Remove chicken and lower the heat. Add bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet. Cook covered for 3-5 minutes. In a small bowl, prepare a mixture of Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, ginger, and cornstarch. Add the mixture and the cooked chicken to the skillet. Bring it to a boil and go on stirring for about 6-7 minutes. Serve hot.
