  • 1 1/4 lb. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

In a small mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (garlic powder, cumin, salt, thyme, rosemary, oregano).

In a baking dish, rub and massage the mixture onto the raw pork tenderloin.

In a pan add the olive oil and cook the tenderloin 5 minutes on each side.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes on 450 degrees.
