Nothing is better than using the crockpot to create a great dinner. Set the food in the morning and return at night for a juicy and delicious meal. Crockpot short ribs will be extremely tender and ready to be devoured. Simple sides like mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables will be perfect. Also, leftovers can be reheated with ease.

  • 4 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Arrange short rubs in the slow cooker.

Top with onions.

In small bowl, mix flour, barbecue sauce, honey, and mustard.

Place over ribs.

Cover slow cooker, and set on low for six to eight hours.  For a faster meal, the cooker can be set on high for three to four hours.

Remove ribs, and skin fat from sauce.

Return ribs, and cover to keep warm.
