  • 1 pkg. (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbs. strong, hot coffee
  • 1-2 Tbs. rum, brandy, Curacao or Grand Marnier
  • 3/4 C. milk, scalded

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and process at "mix" for 2 minutes. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
