  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • ½ cup of leek, chopped
  • ½ cup of spinach
  • 3 cups of asiago cheese
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 8 ounces of smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the oven is preheating, toss together the chopped leek, spinach, cheese, and smoked salmon torn into bit sized pieces with some salt and pepper.
Put the pastry over a baking sheet pan and fold the edges for the crust. Bake the pastry sheet alone for 10 minutes.
Once out of the oven, evenly distribute the topping mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes. Slice and serve!
