Prepare this easy smoothie the night before for a delicious and healthy breakfast that's sugar free!

  • Per smoothie:
  • 3/4 C. non-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 C. fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or fruit of your choice)

Blend all ingredients, pour into cup. Taste to see if you want to add more of a certain ingredient.

If making ahead of time, let chill in the refrigerator overnight.

If using an immersion blender, layer ingredients in a large wide cup so you can blend all ingredients.
