This is the most refreshing key lime pie popsicle recipe! Perfect for these warm summer days to snack on and cool off.

  • 5 oz. paper cups
  • 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 C. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C. key lime juice
  • Popsicle sticks

Spoon 1/2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each cup. In a bowl mix yogurt, condensed milk, and lime juice. Divide mixture into cups. Add an additional 1 tsp. of graham cracker crumbs to the top. Place in a freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm and insert Popsicle sticks. Place back into the freezer until completely frozen. Remove from freezer when ready and pull the Popsicle out of the cup. Enjoy!
