This corn and potato chowder is super easy to make. Just throw all the ingredients into the crockpot and let it cook. Add your favorite vegetables, like carrots, and use vegetable broth for a vegetarian soup everyone will love.

  • 24 oz. red potato, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 6 C. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 C. heavy cream

Put the potatoes and corn into the crockpot. Stir in the flour and toss gently to combine. Pour in the chicken stock, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low. Stir in the butter and cream before serving.
