This seafood chowder comes out creamy and delicious!

  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. mashed potato flakes
  • 20 sm. red potatoes
  • 2 cans tiny shrimp (or fresh)
  • 1 cans crabmeat (or fresh)
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs. parsley (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Note: you can add whatever canned or fresh seafood you like to this soup

Mix broth, potato flakes, red potatoes and onion, and bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are done. Add the cans of seafood (or fresh) and season with salt and pepper. Warm seafood and serve with crackers.
