Egg and Bacon Tart

If it’s teeny tiny, it is automatically cute. Everyone will flock to these little appetizers not only because of how they look but because they are delicious. The eggs, green onions, and bacon are savory while the tart crust is a little slightly sweet.

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then line the puff pastry into a mini tart pan. Using a fork, make several small holes on the bottom of the pastry and then bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is light brown. Set aside and let this cool for ten minutes. Once the pastry has cooled, crack an egg inside and bacon for an additional 15 minutes. In the meantime, fry the bacon over low heat until crispy. Chop the bacon and green onion and sprinkle on top of the eggs. This can be served hot or at room temperature.
