Egg Bake

My family and I really like this egg bake. We use it when we serve brunch and always get great reviews.

  • 3 C. seasoned croutons
  • 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 C. milk
  • 10 beaten eggs
  • 2 C. chopped bacon, ham or pork sausage (brown sausage and bacon)

Mix eggs, milk and soup well. Put croutons in bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Cover croutons with cheese and meat. Pour egg mixture over

all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
