In a great variation of the previous recipe, add layers of meet and cook the egg a little differently for this satisfying breakfast! The sunny-side up egg is sure to brighten your morning.

  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 slice of bread
  • Pepper

Warm a skillet and melt the butter in the pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and allow the egg to cook for a few minutes. When the whites of the egg are set and the yolk is done to your preference, remove the pan from the heat. While you are cooking the egg, lay the bacon on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes until it is crispy. Then dry the bacon on paper towels. Toast the slice of bread, lay cheese, ham, and bacon on top and gently transfer the fried egg on the very top. Season with pepper and enjoy!
