Fast & Forever Shrimp

These shrimp kabobs go great with sweet potato fries and a spinach salad. This dish was created while my wife was on a "Fast & Forever" diet. We use Newman's Oil and Vinegar Salad dressing.

  • 20-25 large raw shrimp, peeled

Peel shrimp. Season the shrimp by placing the shrimp in a single layer in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Shake seasoning over the shrimp, turn the shrimp, and then season the other side. Pour approximatey 1/2 bottle of the Newman's dressing over the shrimp. Let the shrimp marinate for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Place 4-5 shrimp on a wooden skewer. This should produce 4-5 skewers. Place the skewers on a hot grill and grill until the shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes, turning once.
