  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • ½ peeled, seeded, chopped mango
  • 1/8 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ½ chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ chopped jalapeno chile pepper

In a bowl, mix the mango, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, green onion, and lemon juice. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mango salsa sit for 30 minutes. In another bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic powder, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Split the mixture into 4 patties. Add the olive oil to a pan over medium heat and then add the patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Set the turkey burgers on the hamburger buns and top with mango salsa.
