  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 (12-oz.) container fat free cream cheese
  • 3/4 C. Greek yogurt
