  • 1 ⅔ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • ¾ C. butter, salted and room temperature
  • ½ C. sour cream
  • ½ C. milk
  • 3 eggs, whites
  • 3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. sugar cookie dough, pre-shaped
  • 3 C. vanilla buttercream frosting

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream and milk. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, powder, and salt. Slowly mix these dry ingredients into the wet ones. Bake the cookies according to the package’s instructions. And let cool. Pour the cupcake batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes until they’re cooked through but still moist. Let them cool for at least 10 minutes and ice it with the buttercream frosting. Top the frosted cupcakes with the cookies and serve!
